The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of emotional labor of bakery employees on job stress, the relationship between job stress and job burnout, and the mediating effect of job stress and job burnout. For the sample, 395 copies of bakery employees were used for the final analysis. As a result of the verification of the study. It was confirmed that the superficial and inner behavior of Hypothesis 1 had a positive (+) effect on job stress, the job stress of Hypothesis 2 had a positive (+) effect on job burnout, the job stress and turnover intention of Hypothesis 3 had a positive (+) effect on job burnout intention, and the job burnout of Hypothesis 4 had a positive (+) effect on turnover intention. Both job stress and the mediating effect of job burnout in Hypotheses 5 and 6 were found to have mediating effects. As a result of the study, it is judged that practical measures to provide appropriate working hours and breaks to restore job stress and job burnout of bakery employees are necessary. For example, it is necessary to support competency development that can give pleasure to employees who are not related to work, share job stress, job burnout, and self-achievement experiences that can lower job turnover intention in leisure time, and to recognize that it is necessary to have a break of your own.
