The main purpose of this paper is strategy FDI(foreign direct investment) from Korean firm's to China recently. Korean firms had realized the importance of FDI to China after WTO affiliation and getting more interested FDI in order to find a large market share, advertisement of products, trade mark, lower labour and international M&A(mergers and acquisitions).
This paper suggests strategy FDI from Korean firm's toward China as belows ; First, Establish purpose of FDI to China and prepare in advance research. Second, Necessary condition is a full investigation feasibility in the field. Third, We have through knowledge of concern with investment's law and make a amendment of the law.
Finally, Relationship is No maintain a thoroughly law abiding spirit.
This paper can help give better understanding of Korea's FDI companies for those who are concerned to China.
