The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of rural tour operators' competencies and rapport-building on customer satisfaction and relationship continuity intention. A questionnaire survey was conducted targeting visitors to rural experience farms located in Sejong City and Cheongju City in Chungcheong Province. As a result of factor analysis, the competencies of rural tour operators were divided into communication ability, leadership ability, and work ability, and the rapport-building of rural tour operators was divided into courteous behavior, information sharing behavior, attentive behavior, connecting behavior, and common grounding behavior. Customer satisfaction and relationship continuity intention were each shown as a single dimension. As a result of regression analysis, it was found that communication ability, work ability, and leadership ability had a positive (+) effect on customer satisfaction. And it was found that courteous behavior, information sharing behavior, attentive behavior, connecting behavior, and common grounding behavior had a positive (+) effect on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction of rural tourism visitors was found to have a significant positive (+) effect on relationship continuity intention. As a rusult, it was found that the rural tour operator's competencies and rapport-building are important factors to enhance customer satisfaction, and the higher the customer satisfaction, the higher the relationship continuity intention.
